Buy THIS not THAT: Rice vs. Frozen Riced Cauliflower

Next time you're planning a stir fry, try swapping out regular white rice for cauliflower rice. Here's why:

❌Rice: High in refined carbohydrates (about 45 grams per cup) and low in nutrients.

✅Cauliflower Rice: Low in refined carbohydrates and packed with fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants to keep you feeling full and your body happy.

Pro tip: Sauté cauliflower rice with some olive oil, garlic, and a pinch of turmeric for a flavorful side dish.

Exercise of the Month - Seated Figure Four

Spring is the perfect time to loosen up and move with ease. Let's keep those joints happy and our bodies flowing!

Why we love it: The seated figure four is a stretch designed to keep your hips flexible, which makes daily moves like walking, bending, and getting dressed much more comfortable. It can also help ease lower back pain.

How to do it: Sit tall in a sturdy chair. Cross your right ankle over your left thigh (making a "4" shape), and gently press your right knee down until you feel a gentle stretch in your hip. Hold for at least 30 seconds, then switch sides.
