  • Salad Dressing: Sure, it’s convenient, but it’s often loaded with sugar (up to 5g per tablespoon!), sodium, and sneaky additives.

  • Oil & Vinegar with Herbs: Think olive oil (heart-healthy fats!), a splash of vinegar, and a pinch of oregano or pepper. Zero junk, all flavor.
